Having an external company running the food means that we are getting the best quality food from people who really care about every dish they serve. Constantly innovating their menus, it ensures that the food in all of our pubs matches everything else in the venue and is at a constant high standard.

Our current kitchen team are Chuck Burgers.

Chuck Burgers began as an idea to bring the best American food back home to the UK.

Their menu has been developed over years using the freshest British ingredients, but inspired by secret recipes they have prized from the favourite restaurants sampled across the pond & beyond

Beginning a journey in a Chevy step van food truck serving up at Street Feast markets, summer festivals & wedding events.

They have been around for over 10 years, opening their first restaurant in 2012. Residencies have included Street feast, Everyman Cinema, Big Chill bar, Egg Nightclub & Tequila Mocking, But now they are proudly serving up food at The Star by Liverpool Street, in the heart of the city.
